Refund policy

1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your decal.

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@elzwhere.com.au with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.

What we can't accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after application
  • Decals that have been applied and removed
  • Damage caused during application (tearing, creasing, stretching)
  • Decals cut or altered from their original form

Important: Our decals are designed for use on clean, smooth, undamaged surfaces. We cannot accept responsibility for damage to surfaces with existing defects, poor-quality paintwork, aftermarket paint jobs, or surfaces that have not been properly prepared before application.

Please check your surface is clean, dry and in good condition before applying.

Refund process: Once we've reviewed your claim, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
