How do I apply the decal?
It depends on the surface. For walls, tiles and other smooth indoor surfaces, simply clean the surface, peel the backing, position the decal and smooth from the centre outward.
For metal, vehicles and glass, lightly mist the surface with water and a tiny drop of soap. This lets you slide the decal into the perfect position. Once placed, use the ELZWHERE squeegee (available in our Application Kit) to push the water out from the centre to the edges. Allow to dry fully.
Every order includes a branded felt-lined squeegee and detailed instructions.
Can I remove it without damaging the surface?
Yes. Our decals are printed on removable vinyl - they peel off cleanly with no residue. Perfect for rentals, leased caravans or if you just fancy a change.
What surfaces does it stick to?
Any smooth, clean surface - glass, painted metal, fibreglass, tiles, painted walls, fridges and more. Not recommended for rough, textured or porous surfaces like raw timber or brick.
Will it survive outdoor conditions?
Our decals are UV-printed on premium vinyl designed to withstand Australian sun, rain and road conditions. They're made to last.
What sizes are available?
Four sizes to suit any space - Small (300x260mm), Medium (600x520mm), Large (900x780mm) and XL (1200x1040mm).
What's the difference between Discovery, Trekker and Explorer?
Discovery features rich, natural tones with clean detail - our signature map. Trekker has an earthy camouflage colourway for a rugged, understated look. Explorer offers maximum detail for those who want every road and river on the map.
How long does shipping take?
Each decal is printed to order, so please allow a few business days for production before dispatch. Shipping times vary by location.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only.
Can I return or exchange my decal?
Because each decal is printed to order, we don't offer refunds. However, if your decal arrives damaged, we'll happily replace it.
Every decal is inspected before packaging and shipped in a sturdy protective cylinder, so damage on arrival is rare. If something doesn't look right, please photograph the decal while still in or partially inside the packaging and contact us at hello@elzwhere.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
